BIO: GRAHAM BECK

jason buckI guess you could call Graham the rookie, being that his tenure with CIP Document Solutions started in December 2017, but fact is Graham has over 10 years in the IT industry, 6 of those in the print world, so he sees a long stay at CIP.

Born in a small town just one hour Southwest of Halifax called Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. Graham moved to Calgary at the age of 19 to attend DeVry Institute of Technology. On a previous trip to Calgary, Graham had fallen in love with the city and knew at that point that it would become his home.

Graham's hobbies growing up were all center around sports and computers. He started playing baseball at the ripe young age of four, and loved playing street hockey with friends like every Canadian kid, and he also played on his school’s Basketball / football teams from middle school through high school.

Sports kept Graham busy to say the least.

After DeVry, Graham spent 10 years in the IT world designing networks and servers for clients in the Calgary-area before moving over to the print-side of the industry.

Growing up in the IT world, you always hear the stigma about printers however, Graham had an instant appreciation for the print world and has never looked back.

Because CIP Document Solutions specializes in both Print Tracking solutions like Square 9, and Document Management solutions like PaperCut, Graham is certified across the board and spends his days working with the software and solutions side of printing business.

From print driver best-practices and cost recovery solutions, to complete document management workflows, Graham enjoy's taking your ideas and turning them into reality.

Graham is happily married to a wonderful woman of almost 19 years, and have a 17 year old son who is well on his way to becoming an aircraft technical analyst. Graham's son, much like himself, is a dedicated PC gamer who loves all things technology.

During his free time these days Graham spends it relaxing with friends online, road trips with his family, or just hanging out with his 4 year old Boston Terrier, Chewy.
