Our Community Copiers program is an innovative, one-of-a-kind initiative whereby we are donating high quality copiers to any not-for-profit organization, church, or community event to help you run your operations as effectively, productively, and financially efficiently as you possible can!

But wait. What good is a free copier if you don’t know how to install it, use it, or maintain it, right? Not much we say!

That's why, along with your free copier, we also include delivery of the copier, start-up toner, installation, device training, service, IT support, and ongoing supplies!

Is there A Catch?

You're probably saying to yourself, "this is too good to be true, what's the catch?"

Well, we wouldn’t exactly call it a catch but yes, there is a bit of a cost on your end but it's as inexpensive as it gets. With community copiers you pay only for the copies you actually use, we call this a cost-per-copy model. No rental fee. No lease fee. No delivery fee. That's it!

Everything else we throw in and is covered by your all-inclusive, month-to-month maintenance agreement. That’s delivery, installation, training, supplies, ongoing maintenance, service, and support!

Oh ya, and the copier is free of course!
