The CIP Office Technology Equipment Service Agreement is a full-service maintenance agreement. CIP provides all toner, toner monitoring and automatic toner replenishment, all parts, labour, travel time, and support. Our intelligent Sharp and Lexmark printers are in constant communication with CIP.
CIP uses an advanced enterprise software system specifically designed to deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. We carefully monitor toner levels and life cycle of all key components. When toner levels indicate replenish – CIP automatically delivers replacement toners. Meter reads are remotely collected, and you are issued an invoice at month end based upon your use at the agreed upon rates. There is nothing for you to manage.
