TSA – Avaya Telephone Equipment Service and Software Support Agreement.

CIP Office Technology hereof (CIP) agrees to perform service, support and Avaya software support, with respect to the identified equipment (the “Equipment”) in accordance with the following terms and conditions. This agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties. Sales and service representatives are not authorized to make any modifications to this Agreement.
